I focused on automating manual processes, improving reliability, and optimizing performance under real-world usage. Alongside development work, I supported students by translating technical processes into clear, usable experiences and resolving issues that impacted access, accuracy, and outcomes. This role required close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver stable, scalable solutions that improved both system efficiency and user success.
